Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and serviceability. Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your shipment. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate while placing the order, as incorrect information may lead to delays or failed delivery.
We partner with reliable courier services; however, The Aquist is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience on selected orders and locations across India.
- A small COD handling fee may be applied at checkout.
- COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure availability to receive the order to avoid delivery failure.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or suspension of COD service for your account.
The Aquist reserves the right to cancel COD orders that appear suspicious or unserviceable.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional charges such as COD fees or location-based surcharges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos with our support team.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
